Holophon Audio Arts is pleased to present the second edition of Wavefield, as it returns this fall in Regina, Saskatchewan, on Treaty 4 Territory. Expanding across the prairies and beyond, this year we are pleased to welcome artists from Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and as far away as Montreal. Celebrating sound art, improvised and experimental music, as well as ambient, minimal techno and IDM, this year’s program offers a carefully considered journey through curious practices and complex creations.

We are grateful to the community and land on which we operate, and take pride in being able to support and showcase prairie artists. This past year Holophon, along with the greater sound community, has deeply felt the loss of our dear friend, member and mentor, Ernie Dulanowsky. As it clicks over to soon become one year without our vibrant collaborator, we carry his memory as we move through the weekend. Thank you for joining us, we can’t wait to share sound and space together through this special program.
